37mm Flare Launchers

Wed Jan 2 2008
These two 37mm flare launchers look like Cobray M203 IMP or the 37mm M-79 L. These are designed to look like a real M203 40mm grenade launcher used by the military and police to launch gas and other grenades. And they are designed to fit under an AR15. However these 37mm flare launchers are restricted to be used for flares only without special licensing. These are not classified as firearms and have certain limitations on their use such as the size and type of projectile to be used in them

These include machine guns, short barreled rifles (i.e. rifles with barrels less than 16" or less than 26" in length overall), short barreled shotguns, silencers (also known as suppressors) and regulation of destructive devices such as grenade launchers.
